VB95 vibration analyzer is the first portable vibration analyzer of the TSC product, developed for condition monitoring, vibration diagnosis, and field balancing of rotating machinery. This device is the result of years of research and experience in the field of vibration measurement and analysis by TSC experienced experts in various industries. Modern mechanical, electronic and software technologies in the vibration analysis field used in VB95 has made it as an advanced vibration analysis device. VB95 can be used for vibration condition monitoring, vibration measurement, vibration analysis troubleshooting  and field balancing of all rotating equipment including electric motor, pump, fan, compressor, turbine, etc.

In addition to common measurement and display techniques, VB95 vibration analyzer also uses some innovative methods. Machine Animation is one of these techniques developed by TSC. In this method, low frequency faults are easily distinguished.

Saved standard Alert and Danger limits in VB95 have made it very easy for the user to evaluate the vibration condition of machines. In addition to increasing the accuracy and speed of field balancing jobs, the methods of measuring and averaging the amplitude and phase have also made the phase analysis more simple and more accurate. Robust aluminum box, full color screen, polycarbonate keyboard, and high quality connectors make this device suitable for industrial environments.

Modular design of VB95 provides a custom option variety selection for the customers to order only required modules according to their needs and budget.

There is no need for hardware changes to upgrade the modules and access to other modules is provided only by reprogramming the device.

An innovative technique by TSC to observe the movement of machine bearing body together with shaft deflection in relation to each other, similar to ODS analysis to distinguish low frequency defects from each other.

In this technique, the movement of the bearing can be observed only by measuring 6 degrees of freedom for each bearing.
