The VB95 Analyser Balancer is TSC’s first portable device for vibration analysis, crafted for condition monitoring, troubleshooting, and on-site balancing of rotating machinery. Developed through years of research and expertise across various industries, this sophisticated tool utilizes advanced mechanical, electronic, and software technologies.

It allows for vibration condition monitoring, spot measurements, diagnosis of vibration causes, and on-site balancing of all rotating equipment, including electric motors, pumps, fans, compressors, and turbines.

In addition to conventional measurement techniques, the VB95 Analyser Balancer incorporates innovative methods like machine animation, which simplifies the diagnosis of low-frequency faults. Its ability to recall standard alert and danger thresholds facilitates easy assessment of machine vibrations. The device’s measurement methods and amplitude-phase averaging improve the accuracy and speed of on-site balancing while streamlining phase analysis.
